We accept the above payment methods.  After the order is packed and weighed the invoice is generated including shipping / handling and applicable taxes on the day the order is shipped. 

If Credit card payments are declined, the order will be held until payment is approved.  Declined orders which are not approved within two weeks will be charged a twenty dollar processing fee.  Declined orders, which are not approved within a month, will result in the client account being cancelled. 

We also accept corporate checks, money orders or bank drafts.  Order totals will be quoted including applicable taxes, shipping and handling.  Orders will be processed and shipped once payment has been cleared by our financial institution.  NSF checks will be subject to a $30 NSF penalty in addition to any fees accrued by us from the financial institutions involved. 

Currency: All of our prices are in Canadian funds (CAD). 

Sales Area: We sell and ship globally. 

Shipping and Handling: Orders and shipped FOB our place of business in Vancouver.  All orders are shipped by Canada Post expedited parcel, unless otherwise requested.  Shipping costs are based on the location, weight and volumetric dimensions of the boxes.  All orders are shipped insured. All shipping includes $100 of insurance. If additional insurance is necessary, it will be included in the shipping and handling cost.  With Canada Post additional insurance is approx $1 per $100.00 Value.   When your order ships out you will be sent a shipment notification email from Canada Post with details of your shipment.   This email also contains your item number and will allow you to track your shipment.  A $2.50 handling charge applies to all orders.
